Peter Rispoli obtained his Colorado Real Estate License in 2018 and specializes in commercial property management throughout the Roaring Fork Valley. He works with owners to oversee the day-to-day operations of office, retail, mixed-use, and industrial properties, with a focus on tenant relations, vendor coordination, budgeting, maintenance oversight, and preserving long-term asset value. His hands-on approach and strong communication skills allow him to proactively address property needs while providing responsive service to both owners and tenants.

Before entering commercial real estate, Peter owned and managed Capitol Landscaping, where he oversaw daily operations, client relationships, budgeting, and project management. He also managed the construction of a luxury ski-in/ski-out home in Snowmass Village, coordinating contractors, schedules, and budgets from start to finish. These experiences developed the organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills that continue to benefit his property management clients today.

Peter earned a bachelor's degree from Sierra Nevada College in 2015. A graduate of Aspen High School, he has lived in the Aspen and Snowmass area since 1997 and brings a lifelong understanding of the local market and business community.

As a longtime local, Peter values building lasting relationships with property owners, tenants, and service providers throughout the valley. His knowledge of the area, combined with his practical management experience, allows him to help clients protect their investments and keep their properties operating efficiently.
