Alma Garrett joined Setterfield & Bright in 2017. Over the past decade, she has built a successful career representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants throughout the Roaring Fork Valley. Her experience spans both residential and commercial real estate, with numerous sales and lease transactions ranging from homes and condominiums to retail, office, industrial, and investment properties. In addition to brokerage, Alma has experience in commercial property management, giving her clients valuable insight into leasing strategies, asset operations, and long-term property value.

Before entering real estate, Alma gained valuable business experience working at law firms in South Carolina and Texas as a paralegal, marketing coordinator, office manager, and economic researcher specializing in litigation, probate, and estate planning. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Sewanee: The University of the South in 2015 and graduated from Aspen High School in 2011.

A true Aspen local, Alma was born at Aspen Valley Hospital and raised in Snowmass Village. Having grown up in the Roaring Fork Valley, she offers clients a deep understanding of the area's neighborhoods, market trends, and community. Her lifelong local connections, combined with her market knowledge and transaction experience, allow her to provide thoughtful guidance and exceptional service to both residential and commercial clients.
